SKC Framework™ for Behavioural Pattern Change

SKC Framework™

A structured coaching approach to help you understand and change the patterns that affect how you think, respond, and act in real situations.

S — Self

Understand who you are beyond roles, expectations, and performance.

Uncover the patterns driving your behaviour, roles, expectations, and performance.

This helps you:

  • Acting on autopilot without understanding why

The change it brings:

  • From unconscious patterns → clear self-recognition

K — Knowledge

You identify and recognise Hidden stressors, emotional load, internal pressure, triggers and their origins - past experiences, learned responses.

Learn to interrupt automatic reactions in real time.

It helps solve:

  • Emotional reactions taking over under pressure

It changes:

  • From reaction → interruption

Develop the ability to choose how you respond—especially under pressure.

What happens:

  • You consciously choose how to respond in high-pressure situations

  • You build control over behaviour, communication, and decisions

Problem it solves:

  • Inconsistency between knowing and doing

Shift:

  • From awareness → controlled action

C — Clarity

This Works Because:

Most coaching focuses on goals and strategy and therapy focuses on the past. Sometimes, neither is enough on its own. This work bridges both. New behaviours are embended so they become consistent and automatic.

What changes through the SKC Framework™

Over time, people often describe feeling less caught in their own reactions. It's because there is more awareness in the moment things are happening. And from that awareness, there is a greater ability to pause, even briefly, before responding in the same way as before.

This work is for you if…

  • you understand yourself, but still repeat patterns you don’t want

  • you can reflect clearly after situations, but not during them

  • you feel internally aware, but behaviour doesn’t always follow insight

  • you want structured psychological understanding without overwhelm

  • you want change that is practical, not purely reflective

This is not traditional counselling. And it is not generic coaching. SKC Framework™ sits between both.

It is counselling-informed in how it understands patterns, emotional development, and internal responses. It is coaching-led in how it applies that understanding to real behaviour, decisions, and change.

If you are ready to understand your patterns properly, and change how they show up, start here.

Origins of SKC Framework™

My background spans corporate environments, where I worked across management, training, and coaching, before later retraining in counselling.

What became clear over time that people don’t experience themselves in separate categories. People are not just dealing with the past or only only focused on the future. But in reality, people are carrying both at the same time. Because the way you think and respond doesn’t separate itself into neat categories.

That’s what led to the development of the SKC Framework™.

Not as a blend of coaching and counselling, but as a structured way of working with the whole of how you think and respond. It recognises where you are, what is influencing you, and what needs to change, not in theory, but in how you actually operate day to day.
