Hi, I am Sukhi.
I bring over a decade of experience working across coaching, training, leadership development, and organisational change.
My background includes working at senior levels within local government, where I led large-scale transformation programmes, partnering with executives, senior leaders, and frontline teams. This involved coaching individuals through high-pressure environments, supporting career transitions, and delivering leadership development at scale.
Alongside this, I have extensive experience designing and delivering training programmes focused on confidence, communication, decision-making, and professional development. My work has supported individuals navigating change, overcoming barriers, and progressing in their careers.
More recently, I have expanded this work into therapeutic counselling. I work with clients on a one-to-one basis, supporting them to process anxiety, stress, trauma, and long-standing patterns that impact how they think, feel, and behave.
This combined background allows me to work across both performance and underlying behavioural patterns—supporting clients not only to understand themselves, but to operate differently in the situations that matter.


Work With Me
Starting counselling or coaching can feel like a big step. I aim to make the process simple, clear, and supportive from the very beginning.
All sessions are held online, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.
Step 1: Initial Enquiry
Complete the enquiry form on the website. You can briefly share what’s bringing you here and what kind of support you’re looking for. We can arrange a short call (usually 15–20 minutes).

Step 3: Secure Your First Session
When you’re ready, we’ll book your first session.
Before we begin, you’ll receive:
A client agreement
Any relevant forms
Payment details
To confirm your session:
Contracts need to be signed and returned
Payment is required at least 24 hours in advance
This helps keep the process smooth and protects your time.
Step 4: Your First Session
This is a space to slow down and talk things through.
We’ll look at:
What’s been going on for you
What you’d like support with
What you want to move towards
We’ll also agree on how we’ll work together going forward.
Step 5: Ongoing Sessions
Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly and take place online.
Some sessions may feel more reflective (counselling), others more focused on action and change (coaching).
Practical Details
Sessions are held online via a secure video platform.
Payment:
All sessions must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule
Less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full
Missed sessions are charged in full
Late arrivals will still end at the scheduled time
